CLASS 10
• Refer to the Introduction section of this manual for instructions on how to conduct this moment.
• Collect students’ Portfolio 1, 1st draft. As it is the first time they perform the activity in Teen 1, remind them about naming their papers and explain the steps you’re going to take right now: correcting, handing it back to students, students producing the second draft.
• Correct the homework. Refer to the Introduction section of this manual for instructions on how to conduct this moment.

• Explain to new students what the Spelling Bee is. After that, ask old students to help you explain what the difference between the practise and the championship is. Then go over the list, do some language practise with the words and play some games to practise and memorise all of them.

• Open the Workbook to page 29 and explain the exercises to students. Tell them that they’re going to do some exercises to practise the content learnt in class. They should refer to the Student’s Book if they have any questions. Clarify any questions
they might have about the exercises.
• Remind students to study again the Spelling Bee List 1 (1–25), page 170, at home, to prepare themselves for the Spelling Bee Practice 1, which is happening the following class.
• Remind students about the research they’re going to do on endangered animals and the due date for that, Class 12.
• Choose a game from the T1 Game Bank to be played according to your students’ needs.
